"I thought maybe the place would change for the better now that it's corporate owned. The person at the speaker and/or the one at the window was beyond apathetic. No smiles. No greetings. Nothing. Attitude affects customer retention just as much as what you serve. Waited for almost 30 min for 2 combos and I was the only one in line."
"Well. Not sure how or why this store even opens the doors. Less good less care less and less... Had to approach counter after waiting and watching others order be served and be gone. Biscuit was raw. Ate the steak and drank coffee. Original review follows Under previous Manager. March 18, 2023 The manager of this store runs it like it is her own. Kay and, it seems, Emily are there every single morning. They smile, greet us personally and make 'time' for us. All while never ever slowing the forward motion of food, guests, drive through and the dining room. Please acknowledge the intense and continual efforts of these people for representing your business in its best possible light. Thank you. Store was locked at 7am October 25, 2023 Past week no credit nor debit cards allowed at indoor registers Cash only^^^^^^^^^^ Drive through register cards okay"
"Always hot & fresh. Very familiar feeling atmosphere. And if there's ever a problem, it'll be fixed right away with no questions! They seem to respect quality!"
"This place was horrible. I ordered a pork chop biscuit, and they gave me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I don't eat egg or cheese. I got all the home and discovered this monstrosity. I was highly disappointed. And the cashier said what I ordered. That is why I didn't check it. I'll check from now on."
"Price at the window is different than it is on the menu and then I got fries for breakfast instead of hash browns and everything just tasted like complete garbage, done with Hardee's forever. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible."
