"I have been having a terrible experience with the tax professionals at this location. I did not receive my full refund and was having trouble with the tax professional I was working with. When I requested her manager's contact information, it took three attempts to get it. I then was in contact with the lead manager and things seemed to be getting better. I still have not received my refund, have not received any explanations (as I was told I would), nor have I received the full reimbursement I was promised for all the inconvenience. It has been months now. that I cannot get a hold of anyone and I am at a complete loss about what to do. I am posting this review in hopes of someone on the staff reaching out to me to get this resolved."
