"My recent experience at Sonic MOULTON AL, it left a sour taste in my mouth, primarily due to the unpleasant attitude and poor service provided by one of the supervisors. I feel it is important to share my experience with others who might be considering dining at this establishment. While placing my order, I specifically stated my preferences to the supervisor, requesting all the desired ingredients to be included in my sandwich. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was glaringly evident that several items were missing. Not only was the sandwich incomplete, but the overall quality of the dish was subpar. Upon notifying the supervisor, I expected an apology or, at the very least, a willingness to correct the mistake. Instead, the supervisor displayed a nasty attitude, dismissing my concerns and refusing to accept responsibility. Their rude behavior made me feel unheard and invalidated as a customer. Food is way too expensive to be looked over!!!"
