"Does not fill prescriptions same day. Took 30 minutes to get anti biotics the next day sitting in drive through outside window waiting. Only car there. No line at counter. The people just don't care. Go to Walmart. Or somewhere else."

"Funny HOW people don't take pharmacy cards with them inn their wallets all the time.. Funny HOW people expect a small town pharmacy to always carry their med in stock. ( meds havw a shelf life like some foods do.) Even bigger pharmacies WILL run out of meds as others may use same med or prescription your Dr writes is so rarely prescribed . THUS my suggestion to pharmacy consimers .. Be more patient. Call pharmacy ahead of time to see if med readily available for your prescription. If unprofessional customer service. ... That's a whole different matter that PHARMACY MANAGERS MUST nip in the bud asap via increased customer service training by corporate. Everyone has a choice where their dollars are spent."
"So my husband just left the dr being diagnosed with the flu and went to cvs to get his prescriptions to be informed that they refuse to take our prescription card info over the phone when it's in my possession 20 min away ...terrible customer service! Now he will head home with nothing and I get to make the drive to go get the meds! Ridiculous!!"
