"The staff were extremely friendly, which was appreciated. The food was terrible though, I was there at dinnertime, 6pm, and received OLD food. I think it was sitting there since lunchtime. I won't be going back."

"Update: first the bean counters changed the catfish now the regular fish, very disappointing. The fish no longer tastes good or anywhere close to what it once did. The service is still good but the food has taken a nosedive. Have an excellent manager and the restaurant will stay clean and the employees well mannered and efficient but even a top-notch team can't disguise cheap, lesser grade food quality."
"Food is always nice and hot, fish is always crispy. Drive-through line is a little long and can take a while but it’s worth it."
"We were not in the mood for a hamburger, so we came here for fish. It was fresh and hot, but the fries were not, they were cold. I don't like cold fries so I left them on the plate. This trip the whole meal was great! All was very hot, except the slaw, of course! We use Captain D's as a fallback when we don't want hamburgers. I like eating here."
