"I had an appointment at 9:30am. I arrived, the location doesn’t even open until 10. One Tax person showed up at 10:05. The woman had no sense of urgency. She did not greet any of us or ask what time our appointments were. I waited until 10:25 with no indication of how long I would still be waiting. I finally left. This is location is very unprofessional!"
