"Called about getting alterations done. They said to bring the dress over so they could see what needed to be done. I just needed strap sleeves taken in an inch. I was there within 5 mins of them telling me to bring the dress over. I clearly spoke to someone other than the person that came out to the desk when I arrived, because she automatically told me no. They couldn’t do any alterations. It didn’t matter how little, and it didn’t matter that the person I just spoke to on the phone, said to bring the dress over to see if they could quickly and easily do it. It’s not like I was even asking for a quick turnaround. I didn’t need the dress for an entire week. I don’t care that they weren’t able to do it, it was just the fact that I called and asked if they could and the lady said well maybe we can just bring it over and let me see it And so I leave right away bring it over just to be greeted by a grumpy lady that just automatically says no. What a waste of time. Not a lot of time wasted, but just stupid. And why do you guys pay $500 plus for these ugly dresses?"

I'm not engaged yet, but I wanted to get an idea of my dress, so Hannah helped me and was so patient. I found the dress of my dreams thanks to her. I'm a bigger lady, but I've had a double mastectomy and she helped me find a dress that totally flattered my entire body and personality!"
