"Wednesday, Dec 20, 2023 approximately 645p. Parrish Jack's. The wait time with drive thru was absolutely awful, 25 minutes! Person on drive thru was very rude and it's not the first time. Hamburgers were dried out and tough. Something needs to be done about staff rudeness and horrible wait times."
"The order was wrong, we got 2 Chicken BLT Combos and got 20 minutes down the road to find out they didn’t put chicken on either sandwich. The restaurant was dirty and it took the employees 10 minutes to come and take our order. Unacceptable. I know places are understaffed but they were standing around doing nothing."
"1. Beans were cold like they JUST poured them out of the can. 2. Potatoes were not really even lukewarm. 3. Some of the chicken fingers were too hard to eat. I've always had good food and service before, but that day was a disaster....."
"The window worker was EXTREMELY RUDE! Giving me nasty looks for no reason at all! Then I told her to have a good day when she handed me my food and she just said “mmmhmm” then slammed the window. The food was amazing though. 10/10. This happened on Oct 22nd around 1:30-2"
"I have tried this Jack's location at different times of the day to make sure to give them a fair shake, but each time I stop there the food has been less than mediocre. The fries are either hard or cold or both and the chicken tenders are so small they should be called chicken nugget tenders instead."
