"Waited thirty minutes for my pick up pizza. Was told ,"we are running behind". When he handed me my pizza, I confirmed, Hawaiian right?.... AFTER getting home to watch the playoffs.... it was some kind of vegetarian garlic. NOT Hawaiian. I consider myself pretty patient but this was toooo much...."
"Order pizza at 5:30pm. Website gave estimate of 6:08pm delivery. Store is 0.9 miles away from me. At 7:43pm I received a text that driver was pulling up now & order was marked delivered/completed. The driver never showed up. Called the store & they said he was still on his way. The driver knocked on the door about 8:15pm & says sorry for the wait. The pizza was totally cold like it was sitting out for a while. We threw it away & disputed the charge. Almost 3hrs to get a pizza from less than a mile away!"
"They cooked and delivered 2 pizzas in 20 minutes. That part was great. But they forgot 3 dipping sauces ($2.25 worth). I called to inform them it was missing. They offered a credit. I wanted my sauces. They said they would deliver them. It is now been over 30 minutes since that ticket was made and still no sauces. Just do your job."
"this is the second time this has happened.(first time i felt bad told the driver not to worry about it) i order a pizza and a 2 liter with some extra sauces. the driver came without the sauces and the 2 liter. the pizza was absolutely burned and dried out. i called to get this sorted out and they just put me on hold for a while then hung up. its just not worth it anymore. if i want to pay 30 dollars for a pizza ill just go to a real pizza shop"
