"10/30/2019 update: To update my review, the phone call and voicemail occurred after I reached out to the local staff that handled my account. The phone call was not made prior to me contacting the staff at Rehman or my review. It took me 3 to 4 weeks to sort out the issue with Fidelity. Rehman was the company that managed my finances with in Fidelity. The proper paperwork was not completed to release my account back to me, which is why I had to contact my local representative. It also left my finances in a vulnerable state as I started figuring out how to move the money into a space that I could manage. Very poorly handled by Rehman. This could have been much easier if there was some up front communication. Again, the local people I worked with were very helpful, it's the top leadership which lack the value with their cliental. Original Review: I've been with this location for over 6 years and have been minimally intrusive and have not questioned how my finances have been invested. I just received a letter from Rehmann (A LETTER!!!) stating I've already been dropped as a client and now my investments are just hanging out there un-managed while I attempt to sort through this mess. A PHONE CALL would have been appreciated explaining why your firm is dropping clients allowing us time to prepare, 2 to 4 weeks notice would have been sufficient. The working level staff is great at this location and have always been helpful, it's too bad the top level doesn't' care about client relationships or word of mouth reviews."
