"I visited all locations this isn't my favorite of the 3 . The store is over crowded with many of the rack so packed tight you can't even scan threw the hangers and look at the clothes on them. Also the store seems dark and dreary, the atmosphere is heavy and sullen. Maybe put some upbeat music and encourage your employees to smile and interact with others to lift the energy. Lastly the layout for this floor is confusing snd nonsensical. Maybe consolidate sections or revise the layout and certainly need more size and department signage. A visit to the other locations and you too will see the difference. You guys could do better."
"They have some really nice things here. It is a consignment store, not a thrift store. A little pricey, but not bad. Our items ranged from 9.50 for a ladies' blouse to $59.00 for a man's sport coat. My daughter and granddaughters enjoy shopping here too."
