"My sweet wife bought my Christmas gifts from this place and there were several items I really liked and wanted more of and there was one that just didn’t fit my style. In order to not hurt her feelings, I procrastinated about exchanging it, not knowing they had a cutoff on Jan 13, I dropped by on Feb 2 and was told by the sweet little attendant that I couldn’t exchange it for the items I liked. I probably would have bought a few more things. I fully respect their rules, but I’ll never be back. Lost a customer forever."
