Plus don’t gossip about other employees in front of customers. Whoever Carrie is… I feel bad for the way she was spoken about. I don’t know if she was a manager or not but she shouldn’t be in retail if you can’t provide good customer service. Last time Kathy helped me out and she was amazing! You are tarnishing the image of Old Navy. Do better!"
"Very helpful. I saved over $80 got two huge bags full of new clothes. The associated was helpful from the time I went in store until left. I'm not usually one to shop here but, sign up for email and with all discounts you'll be like me planning another trip. Spent less than $100 on over $200 worth of clothing"
