"Miss Bailey was the best server I've ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and I was completely worn out from driving and working all day and after a very difficult week. The food was awesome, service the best and everyone was great. Miss Bailey made my day by being a nice person and making me feel special after a rough week ."
"I went in hungry. The pimple-faced puke minding the counter was pounding on it in time to the music, which was heavy metal blasting at full volume. No smiling greeting, just ignored me. The grill operator was burning something in a pan. There were only two customers there, and it was dinnertime. I used the bathroom and left. Restroom was dirty, no soap, no towels, and the hand dryer didn't work. Gee, I wonder why there were only two customers."

"Okay, typically my visits to waffle house leave me satisfied and full, that sadly was not the case tonight. Our waitress was very sweet and polite, but she messed up 2 orders, forgot straws and even forgot we were seated. I understand there's a couple more people there but we sat for over 15 minutes waiting for an order, after ordering food was out fairly quick. Ants, ants and more ants, they were everywhere, on the window seal, the napkin holder and even started coming out of the cracks in the wood, the food was below average and the atmosphere was fairly poor, typically I would give waffle houses 4-5 stars but tonight it sadly receives a 2 star, hope they call cooks pest control for the ants"
"Par for Waffle House up & down I-65. Staff friendly. Place could've been much cleaner but they were quite busy in the "kitchen." Didn't access bathroom facilities. After pouring syrup over waffle, I realized my hand (& now fork) were covered in sticky from the syrup bottle handle."
