"After a big snow, the roof started leaking and we had nearly no time to deal with it. Joel was able to get over there that day to inspect it and come up with a plan, he gave us realistic options and was able to get the job done with time to spare! I don’t think that this could’ve gone any better given the circumstances and I don’t believe anybody else would’ve been able to get there and tackle the problem so quickly. On top of that they were working in deep snow and in very cold weather, we couldn’t appreciate their efforts more. When it comes time to replace that roof we will definitely be calling them again."

"I reached out on the internet on a Saturday. I did not expect to hear from anyone until the next week but received a call that afternoon. We talked through our project to install snow stoppers on our newly constructed building. By sharing the dimensions of our building and pictures I was was able to get a quote the same day. The work was then completed the following week. Great customer service and communication. We were not able to be on site for installation so they sent me pictures so we could see the progress. After our old roof started leaking in several places after some hard rains, Joel came out same day to inspect when many others wouldn't even return our call. He helped us navigate the overly complex insurance world and delivered on everything he said he would. Joel even helped us with the color selection process – sounds like a little thing, but there are so many options and it's nice to get weigh-in from someone who sees all of the options in living color on a daily basis. The job was done quickly, with high quality, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end. The crew even helped us remove an annoying visual line/hump in the old decking from where two parts of the house met from an addition.
