"Visited during peak fall color season. Absolutely beautiful and a peaceful calm came over me as I walked the grounds. While RV camping is permitted and encouraged, I found myself visiting in my passenger vehicle. Lake Gogebic sets the scene for picturesque views anytime of year, while providing abundant recreational activities!"
"Stayed two nights in mid September. Nice place to camp in the Fall. Very little trees except higher up in campground. Nice view of the lake. No county personnel on site when we were there. No wood for sale. Bring extra hose for water hookup. We needed 75 feet. They say they have pull thrus but not for a 37 ft RV. Sites are not very level either."
"I really like this campground. We stayed here twice. It's a nice quiet campground with a big dock to walk on. Only problems we ran into were that the camper pads are pretty unlevel on some of them. Also, be prepared and bring SEVERAL hoses for certain sites. Many of them have shared hook-ups that are pretty far away. We had to use 2 hoses and maxed out the length. We stayed at site 30, but some sites the water is a lot closer, so it just depends."

"Clean campground, clean restrooms and everyone was very friendly. The sites are close together so don't expect too much privacy."
