"Recently my great aunt passed away, she had some stuff we couldn't keep because of space, and we thought we could sell the other items to help with medical bills. They have not paid us, not returned ours emails after numerous emails, they won't return ours calls. Don't support this establishment because they act like they care about your struggles but they just want your stuff to sell and keep the money without paying out."
