Eastwood Beach

"We went to Eastwood Beach for a family gathering on a Saturday in August and surprisingly, there was room to spread out and still have privacy. The only downside is there are no park grills available, you have to bring your own, and grilling is allowed only in certain areas. So the person/people grilling aren't able to be close to the rest of the guests. Besides that, it was a beautiful day, tents, bikes, chairs, coolers, decorations, umbrellas, tables, blankets etc are allowed. Dogs must be in a certain area."

"Best beach in the area. There is plenty of parking lot. There are changing rooms and showers. Restrooms with soap and toilet paper. There is a concession stand where the food is affordable and tasty. The ice cream is really good. Friendly staff. At this beach you can rent kayaks, bikes and inflatables. As well you can use their air to inflate your own things. There is a huge inflatable slide. There are some grills in the grass area. And the lake is perfect for swimming. In summer, I loved the free concert series. The 4th of july fireworks are beautiful in this beach."

"Eastwood beach in Stoney Creek is one of the best beaches in my opinion in the entire park. They have waterslides in the summer, boat rentals bike rentals and even concerts and movie nights."

"Super playground! Two structures with lot if climbing areas for kids up to five years old and another fir big kids. This area has great views but nit so much shadow during summer days. Restrooms or port potty depending on seasons. Vending machines. Ample space for parking but limited picnic tables. It's allowed to swim nearby but no lifeguards."

"Our favorite barbecue spot in Stony creek is on the quiet side of the beach. There are 5 grills spots, some of them right next to the lake. There is a big kids playground and sandy beach there, you can rent paddle boards, bicycles and much more."
