"One of the few scrapbook stores left in Michigan, this ones closest to my home. I go here because they have a good selection of product and I can scrapbook in the store while I shop. So, why the 1 star? Staff here is constantly rude and not helpful. It's not just one person or one time. It's all the staff all the time. I would rather just drive to Livonia to scrappy chic instead where I get way better service, prices and a better selection of product"
