They have so many ideas (and the appropriate supplies) when you are stumped regarding how to make something or put it together. They treat customers like family. They have so many cool items you won't find anywhere else. The variety and breadth of the merchandise they carry is truly amazing, as is their knowledge and expertise. Excellent, very attentive customer service. Great prices. And just a fun and de-stressing experience. I have been going here for a couple of decades. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Forget the big box craft stores. They simply don't have what this store has. Very unique."
