"Tim was awesome. From the first call he was here within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he assessed the problem and was 100% correct in his diagnosis. He tried the quick fix but also said he’s pretty sure the machine will be needed. Sure enough, he was correct. Pulled the machine in and was able to fix the drain.
