"Most unprofessional company I have used in a very long time. They "scheduled" service with me 3 times and didn't show. I had to call every day to their commercial department who was never available and would call me back shortly, which obviously never happened. Then they finally complete the service and when I try to get the back-flow test results they told me their billing department took this week off and they'll get back to me. If you're looking for a professional service who shows up on time, responds in a reasonable time frame, and doesn't have entire departments take a week off -- you NEED to go to a different company. Save yourself the pain and agony."
