"Took 4 days to fix my Samsung Fold 3, immediately after getting home with it, I open it and hear a crunch. The outside screen is separating from the rest of the phone. Take it back the next morning, it takes them 3 tries and an hour to get the outside screen to set properly. The back glass is now separating from the rest of the phone, I'm taking it back tomorrow morning for that, review will be updated once this is resolved. After the initial repair payment to fix inside and outside screens and back glass, none of the subsequent fixes have cost anything. It's a good repair shop, but I can't give them 5 stars because of how many return trips I've had to make to get the phone fixed properly."
"The young man that took care of us at 6:53, 7 minutes before closing time, was so kind and pleasant to work with. He repaired the phone right then and had us out the door by 7:05. The fact that he didn’t make us wait until the next day was huge. My husbands phone is very important to have for work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. This young man’s parents need to be commended on what a great job they did in raising such a fine man!"
