"When I needed a refrigerator repair, they sent out a tech the same day. After they secured the service fee over the phone, on a credit card. He was very nice, but obviously over worked. He didn't actually check the fridge out. He took a picture of the model number and said that he would get back with me the next day. It took 2 days, but when I spoke to him, he said that he had called tech service for my brand of refrigerator and gave me a quote of $675. I felt uncomfortable with his estimate, since he didn't even look at anything in the fridge. I called and got a second opinion and the 2nd Company's tech actually checked it out and said that it needed a thermostat. Saved me $400. and it is working perfectly! Please use this company with caution. They got the service fee up front and did nothing to help me."

"No star The people who take these calls don’t have any knowledge to give you proper answers So they can acknowledge there are certain calls that service can not be given because the condition of your appliance is not repairable so instead they will try to send someone to take your hard earn money Also this is not a brick a motor place of business so there is no real accountability I really advise you to deal with a place that you can deal with people directly which is the real way when it comes to sensitive matter of appliances that are stressful for people Yes there are people who may have had good services but I will also comment that they have no regards to keeping customers for the future or referrals They are in another state no call back number they use google voice number Low budget scammers"

"The repair man enters the home having a personal telephone conversation. They attempted to over charge me for service. He quoted $375 to change the intake valve on a whirlpool cabrio washing machine. I googled the valve and it only costs $58! So you’re really charging $317 for labor?! That’s more than the washing machine is worth. Smh. Don’t do it people. They’re just out to collect the $59.99 service fee they charge to come out."
