Story: We're were in the house and heard a "bang" and later determined that one of the 23+ year old garage door springs had broken . I called and an appointment was for the next morning. They were very careful to confirm details Roy came out, on time, and did an assessment. He investigated carefully and gave logical explanations and made sure I understood what the impact of his discoveries were. Because there are 2 doors, he looked at the other door of the same age, and found similar issues. There was clear discussion about what could be done and what needed to be done so I understood. More work than the one door was done, but I feel good now that I won't have to worry about either door for a long time. I will call back if I need more work on my garage door"
