"I hired Diversified for a boiler issue, and Rochelle in the front office was very helpful in getting Nick, their boiler expert, to my house the same day I called. Nick did an excellent job diagnosing the necessary repairs and also put a rush on the parts needed for the next day repairs. I’m familiar with how boilers operate, but Nick still took the time discuss his thoughts on the unit with me. We do our best to keep a clean home, so when Nick immediately put on boot covers after entering I was very pleased and thanked him for doing so because as a home owner, your home is your castle and it shows respect not to wear uncovered footwear in someone’s home. This may be a minor point to some, but it shows Diversified properly trains their technicians to ensure cleanliness and respect to customers. I’ll be happy to see Nick for the next service appointment."

"Diversified Heating & Cooling was able to schedule a technician quickly and set a convenient time for the service call. Johnny Ray was quick to diagnose the problem and completed the repair of my humidifier. He explained the issues and offered advice on maintaining optimal comfort settings."

"I recommend you stay away from this business. It took them a month to admit they simply didn't want to help me. Because the original heater install was done by someone else.. Using a lame excuse that they only order through their own supply chain. Which implies they can only service you when they did the original install. Even if the manufacturer is offering to send replacement parts under warranty! What I really cant appreciate is that they kept blaming the manufacturer and saying that the manufacturer would not let them do a warranty claim. Bottom line, My boiler is dying, and ready to stop anyday now, and they didn't care that I as a customer would be out, in this arctic winter temperatures.. They offered no viable alternative and made me call them (and the very helpful American brand manufacturer) every other day for a month. before they came out and told me they didn't want to help. If you want to be left out in the cold. use this company! BTW: their tech Nick is a great guy!"

"Thank you to the Diversified Heating and Cooling team!!! Everyone who we worked with was awesome! Scott came out and quickly assessed our problem and helped with getting us scheduled for installation the next day. Gonzalo and Josh came promptly first thing in the morning and installed our new water heater. They even went above and beyond in helping to ensure all water was running from faucets. They are AMAZING and we a truly grateful for them. Even the receptionist who handles the scheduling and billing was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you to everyone!! Diversified is THE BEST!!!"

"Matt gets definitely 5 stars for customer service - he is excellent. However, flat rate pricing is way too high for work performed. Unfortunately we were out of heat and could not get another quote. I’m sure we were charged for work that didn’t have to be done. Be aware."
