"This is my 3rd time coming to the Orchard Lake Road location and having Jason take care of all my cell phone needs. Each time it was a different issue and different phone. His customer service is EXCELLENT! Friendly, knowledge and they get the job done here. I was NOT nickeled and dimed. First time I came, my phone needed a new battery back in July. The service was excellent that I returned two days later because my daughter had an issue with her phone. Today I stopped in because the speaker on my phone was going out. Jason quickly cleaned the speakers and sent me on my way within minutes."
