"I have all positive remarks for this company. They have fixed my AC unit and my humidifier. I’ve talked to Matt over the phone and he’s always very helpful very polite and patient. Christmas day. Our furnace went out. I sent a appointment request through their online site thinking while it’s the holiday, I won’t hear back but within an hour And a half Matt had replied, wanting to know if we needed somebody out that day. Fortunately, it wasn’t very cold Christmas day or days after. We had space heaters and I have a fireplace. Tyler came Tuesday, which was acceptable to me! The Furnace that was giving me trouble was 10 years old and somewhat of a lemon to begin with! Tyler ordered a part we had it expedited. He was back on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we found more issues with my lemon furnace. It wasn’t worth fixing! I had a new furnace installed by Thursday, I felt the pricing was fair. The response was excellent.
