"Recently, while we were out of the country and had a friend watching our house; a huge tree branch fell during the recent ice storm and ripped the mast / meter off the side of our house. I lucked out when I called Ward electric. I was speaking to the owner (Mike Ward) within minutes of calling. He reassured me that he would treat me like he would his own family member; he couldn't have put it better. His crew was over to my house in hours and worked tirelessly despite the inclement weather to restore the mast and meter on my home. Upon returning home, the crew had to come out and finish up a bit of grounding / bonding. I couldn't have been more pleased when I got to meet his guys in person.
