"Great service! Highly Recommend! My girlfriend’s phone screen is completely black but we know the phone is still working as it can make noise while calling it. We first went to the Apple Store in Ann Arbor, wasted 30 mins there watching their tech guy playing around with the phone on the computer, later trying to make us fix the screen by spending $300. But we didn’t as they don’t have the screen in stock and we are in hurry to travel the next day. So we called this store, went there, told the man our issue. He fixed the phone in just couple seconds by restarting it! He charged us $0 dollars on it and said we can still call him to fix the screen if the phone dead later in the night as the screen do breaks. He is a true problem solver. You can feel he thinks in the way of his customer. Strongly Recommend!!!"
