"I contacted Cam after a referral from a co-worker, we made an appointment for him to come check the house to discuss replacing my furnace and AC. He gave us a quote with 2 options for different efficiencies, with a whole home humidifier as an add-on option. Our install date got moved around due to COVID-19, but he was had great communication along the way. On the day of install he was here on time, with all the supplies he needed. The Craft Mechanical crew made quick work of removing the old equipment and installed the new equipment, getting everything done in just 2 days. Our new AC is fantastic and Cam was able to answer all of my questions along the way. He even helped me figure out what size my supply/return registers were so I could update the old damaged registers through-out my house. After getting several quotes from other HVAC installers, I am happy with my decision to hire Craft Mechanical.
