They are our go-to for anything heat/cooling but they really saved us recently with our A/C condenser. On the hottest day in August 2023 reaching 100+ real feel our A/C condenser died in a significant fashion with smoke and oil spurting. We gave Dave from Comfort Control a call and he was at our house within the hour to check it out. He went above and beyond calling around to find the right A/C condenser for us to get installed ASAP and found one! He was able to get it literally the next day and installed it. We had A/C back by lunch. Not even 24 hours without A/C! You can't ask for better responsiveness than that! I was reassured my furnace would survive the winter and come spring, I called him again when I was ready to replace it. "I recently contacted Dave Wiley owner of Comfort Control Heating & Cooling for new replacement of my 15 yrs old Rinnai Tankless hot water heater (Which I Love). He was able to quickly locate a newer improved Rinnai model . He installed the next business day after receiving the heater. A very meticulous deinstallation and installation. On-time and on-budget! Note: He has great communication and follow-up on phone calls/email. I was so impressed, I am now working with him now to get a "mini-split" cooling and heater for my three season porch."
