"I don't want to leave anyone a bad review, but I do want to try and save other people from what I went through. The downspouts leak, the roof overshoots and/or overflows the gutter even at the high end (and we haven't even had a hard rain yet, they were done less than a week before this posting) I asked all the right questions and still ended up with a gutter that didn't do what it was supposed to do. The gutters don't work on my house at all, they are a complete waste of money and my home is worse off than with no gutters, still he will not refund my money. I have a new roof and siding and wanted good working gutters with leafguard so I wouldn't have to worry, I didn't want to have to try and make my house work for the wrong product, I told him upfront before we agreed to have the gutters done that I would not cut my roof back and in the end he says that's what needs done for them to work. I was told he wouldn't have given me a quote if his gutters wouldn't work on my house. So I now have to pay someone else to remove them and put the right size gutters on."
