"Long story short, they don't stand by their products. Had a new Rudd hot water heater installed in 2019. July 2023, water in pan. They didn't know where it was coming from but they installed a bladder at a cost of $124 on the pipe saying that would most likely fix it. Christmas eve 2023, lots of water in pan & inside peep holes. They replaced heater under warranty but made me pay $245 install. Inspector came out today & said there needed to be an electrical shut-off near the heater. Kellermeier won't pay for it even though its code! So dissappointed in a company I've used several times. Won't use them ever again after this nightmare that cost me $370 extra on top of original install. Not very good customer service if you have a problem!"

"This team did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done, quoted me a fair rate, and were timely in their response. I had a water softener installed as well as a few misc. items fixed. The team was courteous, professional, and pleasant. 5 Star experience!"

"This was our first experience with this company but they were available when others either didn’t answer phone or gave a week out availability. We are so NOT sorry!! Joe arrived after a call to let us know when he’d arrive. He was polite, knowledgeable and respected our home!! We needed a new faucet and he gave us excellent recommendations so we got the faucet that fit our needs!! He also checked out our toilet for us and replaced necessary parts in record time! We will definitely call them again in the future and we appreciated the cost of the work completed! Great value all the way around!! Great job!!"

"My husband was impressed by the ad he found online this a.m. and decided, since we haven't had great luck in the past with the plumbers we've previously contacted, to give Kellermeier a try. What a welcome experience we had-not only was the technician early but he went right to work and remedied both problems we had and did so in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to both recommend and call in the future. Thanks again for being so kind, considerate of our home and for fixing our plumbing both quickly and expertly!! "I would give them a negative score if I could. I had a technician come out to fix a water leak in my bathroom. They came out quickly and diagnosed, charged 450$ and told me that they fixed the problem but 3 months later I ended up having the same problem again and this times the water damage gotten way worse. Whatever that they fixed, the water still leaked and soaked the bottom of my bathroom. You can see it through these pictures, since they was the last people who worked on this, I decided to call them again and hope that they would give me an answer why this happened again. Not only they refused to come out to look, but they also denied any responsibility over this. Now I have to hire someone else come in to replace the plywood and restore the whole bathroom. Simply terrible workmanship. The worst plumber company ever. I do NOT recommend this company at all!"
