"I called about a condensate pump problem. Adam was here an hour later. He cleaned it up and got it working. My furnace is 29 years old and I asked him about a new furnace. He showed me what they have and explained everything and the rebates. I was impressed with the price on the 97% efficiency. No pressure whatsoever. I signed the papers and 2 days later I had a new furnace. Caiden was here at 8:30 AM followed by Mitch. Adam showed up later to make sure things were going well.
