"Originally brought in an iPhone xr for screen replacement. He managed to break 1 new screen in the process of fixing it. Took 1.5 hours in total. Then shorty after leaving we find that Face ID and raise to wake are not in working order. We bring back the phone to have them repair what they had damaged and were told there was nothing they could do. He then proceeded to tell me that I had an attitude. Kindly stick my attitude up yours "
