"I recommend this company. Each time I called, someone was at my door by the end of the day. Text messages were conviently sent for appointment time, estimated arrivals with pictures of the employees. I had an AC unit installed in the Spring of 2022 and today my furnace was replaced. Thank you, Seth for showing and explaining why furnace was not working. Thank you, Fernando Lopez for explaining which options I had and helping me choose which furnace was right for me. Also , for helping set up a financing plan. Thank you, to Eduardo and Gabe as well. You were respectful and proffessional."

"They came to my house gave me a qoute, the didnt tell me that included a “upgrade” or get my consent to do the “upgrade. I had a different company come in and up grade my filter to. 4” change every 6 months. Peaks put a 1” change every month filter and charged me 1700$ for 4’ of duct work and a 1” filter kit. The work was done on 11/8/23, they didnt have all the parts to complete the job, there were gaps from the duct work to the furnace, and the cardboard was duct taped on. My gas bill literally tripled and it took 3 weeks for them to come back to finish the install. The sales manager told me to shut up and listen after refusing my call for a month. They finally came back after 2 months and put a 4” filter back. Ive asked for the owner to call me and i have yet to receive a call. I was told first payment is feb. Now im 2 months behind. They told me they did the upgrade because i needed it for the furnace, even though i already had 1. So they wont change the invoice. They lied and said they got a permit. The permit wasnt pulled until last week. 2 months after the job is done. I would not recommend this company."

"Don't normally write reviews for businesses but after two bad experiences with this company it has to be said. Peak came out in September of 2022 when I reported a problem with our furnace. The tech could not replicate my issue so they did basic maintenance and left. The issue persisted but did not affect operation. Fast forward to this week were we begin to notice the issue again. I do my due diligence and get the issue on video and do basic checks for gas leaks and bad wires. This time the tech says you have a bad heat exchanger, carbon monoxide, and your family could be at risk. Would you like to spend 3k or 6k to fix it? Mind you this is a 2 year old furnace which I explained is under a 20 year warranty and will get another opinion. Well that second opinion took only 5-10min to find the actual issue: misaligned burner, High gas pressure, and bad exhaust placement. All fixed for 100$. If the tech spent less time pressing to replace a 2 year old furnace and leveraging my family, they might have solved the issue. Next time go with Haisma Heating and Cooling."
