I was really impressed that he took off his shoes right away before entering the house. I didn't even have to ask! He is so polite and respectful! We actually called a big named plumbing company beforehand and they estimated the job to be over $450, which would have taken two different guys and two different days. I'm extremely happy we called for a second quote, because Hayden got the job done in less than an hour for 1/3rd of the price. The work looks great too!
