"Apple users beware, not an Apple authorized location. I wanted to give this place a good review, but new information makes it hard to. I had them replace the back camera glass, camera is still foggy but now Apple won’t replace the camera because they worked on it. They never said they weren’t an authorized location and now I’m SoL. My camera is foggy and I can’t get it replaced because they can’t get the part and Apple refuses to work on it. Only good thing I can say is they did try to replace the glass again when I said it was foggy. Moral of the story: Apple users do not go here if you have a modern device that needs to be repaired by Apple."

"I hate leaving bad reviews. I fully understand the serious nature of leaving a bad review. But in this case they earned it. My wife has a iPhone XSMax. She had a shattered screen...we were going to get a new phone after taking it to apple store and finding the cost. However.. we decided to try this phone repair place to save some money. I understand that we were voiding the apple warranty by doing this...but we didn't care. It was an older phone. So we made an appt. All good so far. My wife arrived at the place and dropped her phone off on her lunch hour. They said it would be done by 4...so she arranged to stop by after work. They told her that she should replace her battery too at the same time. She agreed.. so there we go. She picked up the phone after work. Right away there was an error message.. non apple part. Ok. We knew that. He said the message would go away. It didn't. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Her phone is acting glitchy...battery life worse than with original battery. Ok..that stinks. We leave for a once in a lifetime trip to Europe in another week. Phone is working..but kind of flakes out sometimes. We arrive in Europe. An all of a sudden her phone just dies. Won't accept a charge at all. We take it to the iPhone store in hannover Germany. They won't touch it cause we voided thewarranty. I get that..not mad at them. We find a street shop phone repair place. He agrees to look. He tells us the battery is junk. It was not even installed correctly. And the screen was garbage but we didn't fix that. So all in all..terrible experience. Would nit recommend this place at all."

"Scheduled on line & saved $10. Battery swap was fast & easy. Associate gave me helpful hints about battery life. I can tell already my phone battery is SO much better. Was charging my phone 2-3 times day. I did full charge yesterday afternoon and at 1:30pm phone is still at 51% charged. Definitely worth replacing the phone battery."

"Made an appointment online to save $10. Person at desk quickly assessed my phone ( just lines on screen), had me sign a repair paper and said it would be ready in 30 min or less. What? I left and came back ready to hear it couldn’t be fixed. It WAS fixed and working great again! Excellent service all for under $70! I recommend you have your phone checked here before thinking you will have to buy a new phone."
