"Requested plumbing services to install new dual shower head and the tech recommended to return the new dual shower head and get a simpler one that he could understand and support going forward. Then charged me $125 for the service call and his advise, no other work was done. Since then I contacted the manager Rodney, and he and credited my account and fully understand my fustration with the service call."
