"These guys are amazing! My snowblower broke. I called to see if they could fix it and they were able to pick it up 15 minutes later! They told me it would be early next week that they could get it fixed, but they fixed it the next day and are delivering it before end of day. I am floored by the amount of service. It’s so grateful to have our snowblower back and in time for a big snow storm!"

"Waited over 3 weeks just for them to put a throttle cable in our cub cadet rider. Our lawn grew out of control and they didnt seem to care blaming their parts distributor. Then when my husband picked it up they wouldn't speak with him treating him poorly as if it was unreasonable for us to question why it would take so long for them to get a simple part for a widely used brand of machine. You all lost a customer. Rude service I've ever witnessed."
"Brought in two push mower one spitting oil the other for service and tune up. Was told they would call with an estimate. Charged $35 to tell me one mower spits oil and they can't guarantee a fix and the other is fixed at $145. They never called to provide estimate. Felt a bit taken advantage of, the mower they did service is now running perfect. If they would have called and told me the total cost I would have said forget and put the money towards a new mower."
