"Austin and his wife were very rude to me. And judged someone with severe anxiety because I “ talk a lot” when I explained to them I am trying to get my bathroom fixed . Austin talked to someone on the phone while they were at my house and Austin said he could service my area and he would come out the same day. He was on speaker phone with the guy while he was at my house and all. To turn around and say he’s not able to service the area ( Muskegon) . Then the wife says I talk to much . ( while explaining my situation) sorry but I am human and dealing with emergency water issues and damage in an home is scary so I do not appreciate being judged so much by this company . They were not a man or woman or business of their word with me . So much discrimination going on. I am fed up. Then austin told me I made his worker anxious ( his wife) because I’m nervous about water damage in my house and don’t want it to get worse . How is this fair to even push on someone? I was very nice and respectful and told her over and over my frustration is with my Home not them. But she lied to her husband . I know I’m genuine and good things with surround good people But thanks for bringing someone spirit down to make them feel worse. And prejudging someone they have never met I even gave them my insurance information I trusted these people quickly and they only judged me and accused me of something I’m not. Not a Great company"

"This company fixed our flooring in our cottage after it flooded this summer. They did a decent job overall, but after they were paid in full, we found an area where the flooring was loose causing a problem in our cottage. We had warned them this area would need extra attention when they started the job. We contacted them once and they were responsive insisting they would stop by and fix it. Since then, they have not completed the work and have not responded to our phone calls or texts for the last six weeks. We would not recommend them."
