"Terrible customer service. In the fall of 2020 I started calling to discuss a quote for a new garage door. After weeks of phone calls I finally was able to schedule a site visit. I was told it was a 3 or 4 month wait, and given a verbal price. I agreed to this, an asked to get scheduled on their wait-list and for a written quote to be emailed to me. No quote was ever emailed, and I tried for months to get services performed. It's now 9 months later, and I still have no garage door. I would not recommend wasting your time here and I cannot understand why a business would not want a client's money. If you're so busy, hire someone to help! I don't think there's anything wrong with creating jobs and improving customer service!"
