"This is family owned business works on my pool and they have always been prompt, courteous and do stellar work. They are knowledgeable about different types of pools and will answer questions you may have about maintaining or repairing your pool. They have always been fair with me but I am not the type of person who uses service companies or contractors as punching bags either. Highly recommended."
"This is the worst pool service we have ever used. The owner shows up at the house to work on the pool with no warning then gets angry that no body is home to turn on the power in the house. After making arrangements to get someone there within ten minutes he calls back to tell me "the guy that usually works on your pool doesn't like working on it" then he proceeds to tell me that he does not like working on it. After telling him that if he doesn't like it why does he take the work he told me I just decided for him and hung up on me. Their work has always been sub par but for the last couple of years we put up with it rather than take the trouble to change companies. If you need a pool repair or service done, do yourself a favor and call a different company. One that is reputable and honest."
