"I’ve been to this pawnshop a few times and I had a decent experience except for two occasions one is when I took a ring to get resize and two of my stones where missing the second time was recently I had a watch battery replaced and they crack the watch face but I didn’t notice until I left. So my advice to everyone who takes any jewelry here take a picture of your item before leaving it with them and do a comparison afterwards because once you leave they will take no responsibility for any damages for anything. Better yet do a video of your item that you plan to take there to get repairs or have some type of work done to show exactly how your item looks like before they do anything to it."
