"The arrangement I ordered from their website was primarily yellow with pink accents. I requested the pink be substituted with bright blue flowers. I stressed that I did not want purple. What was delivered was a purple arrangement with a few yellow flowers, and a large blue bow. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. The arrangement was supposedly one of their standard arrangements - nothing outrageous. I didn’t think changing a few flowers would be so difficult."
"I stopped in yesterday morning to pick up a bouquet for a dance recital. The flowers were freshly made up and I had several options to choose from. The price was fair and the bouquet was beautiful. They even packed them in a water pack because I was driving several hours to the recital. Customer service is topnotch and the flowers are stunning.
