"I visited this location to find a electric acoustic for my son for Christmas. We drove from 40 minutes north of Toronto. I have zero musical talent but i had an idea of what my son was looking for. "Bad business is never good for business, the staff is kind helpful and not only knowledgeable about their products but talented as well, however I bought a used ukulele here and later found that not only only was their asking price too high, but I could have gotten it new the same day for cheaper at another shop. It's unfortunate I took two hours out of my day to come here and I should have done more research prior to purchase to guard myself against their faulty pricing. However, I believe they should offer price matching when a new version of the same instrument that they have used is offered elsewhere. I will not be returning but I do wish them the best of luck, concessions do after all have to be made in this economy"
