"If I could give zeros stars I would. We called to schedule an appointment last week we arrived on time for our appointment. He stated he was falling behind with precious about and it would at max take 20 minutes. We decided to walk around walmart for 20minutes and when we came back nothing was said for a decent amount of time then Jeremy looked back and apologized at 30 minutes past appointment that it looks things were coming to end and with be with us shortly. At 40minutes past I told my husband we needed to leave as even if he were done in 2 minutes it'd take too long to finish taxes before our next appointment. At that point jeremy told us that we could e sign at home it'd take no tine at all and he would finish and send us the esign that bight or the next morning at the latest. The next day he called with more excuses as why it wouldn't be done till the next day and so on still now day 5 he said everything was figured out called us to let us know what was going on we weren't able to answer so as soon as we could we called back and he stated in order for things to be finalized both of us would need an online accounts to sign and move forward. My husband said we needed to talk to decide the next step and call him back. We decided after almost a whole week of jerking us around and not being professional in the least we wouldn't trust him with our taxes and went to collect our paperwork from him and he had decided to push payment without consent after the talk with my husband. Cat was willing to help us quick get our last year's taxes so we can move forward with someone else. Cat is always awesome at her job. So if you have to go through them see her."
