I previously worked with Tanya and that experience was fine but once I received a text from Alessandra and started working with her my customer experience was so much better. She is professional, knowledge, and friendly. When I picked up my purchase 2/3/24, I was there a bit early for my appointment so my boyfriend and I just looked around. Once Alessandra was done with her client she had us sit down and brought my watch out to show us and get it sized. She didn’t make us feel rushed and took her time making sure I loved my purchase. She always introduced us to Ethan, who was still in training, whom we had a lot of good conversation with as well. I guess the point of this review is just to say that both Alessandra and Ethan were an absolute pleasure to work with.
