Yes, YOU, may still need to call the IRS yourself. No tax services have a "magic" or "special" number they call. BE aware though, the IRS can charge you $200 to correct your return or set up a payment plan as well as being on hold or "next in line" for up to three hours on the phone before the system hangs up on you.
